Worked closely with ownership to create the Around the Clock Diner concept and menu for a 200-seat restaurant, featuring a takeout counter, private events, a display donut fryer, and adult milkshakes. Led menu research and development, crafting food and beverage menus, recipes, and ordering sheets. Managed uniform and OS&E procurement and developed a comprehensive branding package with AGENTSIE. Recruited the chef and provided hands-on support for pre-opening operations and public relations efforts.
