TradeWinds Island Resorts, located on St. Pete Beach, Florida, is a beachfront getaway known for its relaxed island vibe and family-friendly atmosphere. The resort comprises three properties—Island Grand, Breckenridge and RumFish Beach Resort—with a combined total of ~1200 rooms and suites. Guests can enjoy a range of amenities, including multiple pools, waterslides, beachfront cabanas, and unique dining experiences.

How We Helped

In partnership with foBT Hospitality, we concepted and renamed 3 outlets – Pete’s Bistro, Playa Taco, Salty’s and a food truck. Worked closely with the interior designer, designed equipment in front and back of the house, evaluated and modified kitchen equipment throughout the hotel. Wrote menus, purchased all OS&E for the outlets, designed preopening materials.
