Bradford served as Executive Chef at Mary Elaine’s at The Phoenician, earning prestigious accolades including AAA’s Five Diamonds, the Mobil 5-Star Award, and a Grand Award from Wine Spectator. Named one of Food & Wine Magazine’s Best New Chefs in 2004, he went on to win the James Beard Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2006 and was later inducted into the Scottsdale Culinary Hall of Fame. In 2009, he took the helm at Lever House in NYC, showcasing his signature Modern American cuisine. His extensive consulting experience spans renowned establishments such as Bar Artisanal, Miss Lily’s, Tiny Fork Oyster Bar, The Milford Plaza Food Court, Red Hen, Gumbo Bros., The Rainbow Room, and Brooklyn Barge. Bradford also holds a Level I certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
