In partnership with foBT Hospitality, we will collaborate with Great Gulf to develop a comprehensive food and beverage framework for Killington, aligned with the current master plan. Our approach includes analyzing guest demographics, identifying their needs, and recommending an optimal mix of concepts. We will also build revenue projections to ensure alignment with current underwriting. Additionally, we will define venue concepts, seating targets, and operational feasibility through proforma analyses while working closely with architects and consultants to establish the necessary infrastructure for future operators.
